Split-Jerk (from a rack) 20 min window
12 min's to work up to a heavy single for the day
then perform 2 sets of 3 reps @ 80% of the heavy
single you just attained, followed by, 1 set of 3 reps @ 85%

1-Behind the neck Jerk #95 #135

* After completing a round add 1 rep to every
movement.  If you drop the bar prior to finishing
a round complete 10 Burpees.
