What got you to try Crossfit?: I tried Crossfit when I moved to Edmonton as a way to meet other people. So far its worked pretty well.
What do you enjoy most about Capital City Athletics?: The atmosphere and the connections, I've met some pretty awesome people and getting to see them achieve milestones in their fitness makes me feel so proud of them.
Favorite quote or words to live by?: Never let the fear of striking out keep you from playing the game.
Advice to newbies to Crossfit?: I would say that its important to step outside your comfort zone and try something new. You never know when something could turn out amazing.
